Advantages and Disadvantages Samsung Galaxy Y

After removing the Smartphone is similar but with GSM technology, Samsung released the Android smart phone for CDMA networks using EVDO technology up to 800MHz. This latest CDMA Android features a fairly comprehensive and is priced at an affordable price, and Samsung Galaxy Y's designated medium to share.

CDMA Android phone made by South Korean vendor is using the CDMA EVDO 800 MHz, 2.3 Gingerbread Android operating system, complete with touch screen measuring 3.0 inch TFT QVGA (320x240 resolution).

CDMA Samsung Galaxy Y have used the powerful 600MHz processor. While for purposes of storage, internal memory provides 160MB of space, with an additional microSD external memory card of 2GB.

Some complementary features such as a 2MP camera, WiFi, GPS and Swype typing methods are also pinned on this smart phone. And following a review of advantages and disadvantages of this phone:



Advantages Samsung Galaxy Y:
  1. Features that are qualified with the latest Android OS v2.3 Gingerbread (best in class Smartphone Android).
  2. Design is stylish and easy to grip, with the user interface is very easy to use.
  3. Desain full touch screen is quite elegant.
  4. Although the CDMA network, but this phone has the ability to download files quickly by using EVDO 3G with equal speed. Bundling of Aha EVDO Esia also seen enough speed to support the process of downloading or buffering.
  5. With the right lighting conditions, a 2MP camera on the back is quite good when taking pictures for inside and outside the room.
  6. Can be connected to the WiFi network, so that browsing speed can be higher, according to the available WiFi networks.
  7. Current prices are relatively affordable $ 1,150.
  8. Samsung Galaxy Y form a small and compact with a size of 104 x 58 x 11.5 mm and weighing less than 100 grams.
Disadvantages Samsung Galaxy Y:
  1. Although easy to grip, but this phone actually looks very small and less satisfied if it is used to enjoying entertainment content, such as watching videos, and play games.
  2. Because it uses QVGA TFT display, resolution of the picture becomes less clear. Especially when playing games, it looks bland and less interesting.
  3. Sometimes prefer to slow down when used to play games when it's too long and continuous use, the phone get hot.
  4. Camera resolution is only 2 MP fixed focus and without flash, so that the portrait of the lighting in the room will look less blurry.
  5. The battery easily drained when used to play games and watch videos.
  6. Hot Swap microSD 2.Slot not, so to take the memory card to open the battery first.
  7. Touch screen is less sensitive.
Those are some advantages and disadvantages of the Samsung Galaxy Y CDMA. But according to the type of phone (Young), with the affordability of features on offer include a complete than with similar phones.

  3. it is affordable and can do almost everything the S3 can do except size but the internal memory is quite low. I have a black one so I know what im talking about*

  4. This phone is ridiculous. Dont waste your time buying it. It's slow, the phone is bad with memory, even with your microsd. Please dont waste time.
